Dominvs Group granted planning consent for Fairbridge Road residential development in North London

Dominvs Group has been granted planning consent from Islington Council for its next residential development on Fairbridge Road, Hornsey, London N19.

 

Planning approval has been secured for the demolition of the existing MOT garage and the erection of a five-storey building to provide two commercial units at ground floor and 15 residential units above (4 x 1-bed and 11 x 2-beds), with cycle parking, refuse storage, plant landscaping and associated engineering works. The site, which lies on the south side of Fairbridge Road at its eastern end close to Hornsey Road’s Local Shopping Centre, was purchased in December 2015 without planning permission.

 

Located just a 6-minute walk to Archway tube station which provides services in and out of London via the Northern Line, and a seven minute to Crough Hill and Holloway stations.
