Dominvs Group, the real estate investment, development and asset management company, has let the former City Link unit on Acre Road, Reading to Travis Perkins.
The timber and builders’ merchants company has taken the 15,853 sq ft (1,473 sq m) warehouse on a 10-year lease.
The premises are situated on Acre Road, just off the A33, which links Reading to the M4. Travis Perkins has taken the whole site to provide a builders’ merchants with large external yard.
Ian Mudge, Commercial Property Director at Dominvs Group, said: “Acre Road is a very popular location and we had a number of occupiers chaining this site, but felt that Travis Perkins offered the best use of the site and we are delighted to have them in occupation.”
Both Dominvs Group and Travis Perkins represented themselves in the transaction.
